Q: Do you charge to have a plumber or HVAC tech come to my house for an estimate on work needed?
A: Yes, we charge a small fee that is then applied towards your service.
Q: Can I get pricing before someone even comes to my house?
A: We will give you our base prices to start, but we cannot guarantee that would be your total price. We need to see the issue and figure out what extra supplies and/or time is needed.
Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. We do NOT accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay or any other cash app.
Q: When do I pay?
A: Payment is due upon completion.
